I've heard people say the skin of Fried Chicken is as bad as it gets. And, i think there's a strong argument for that. But, everytime I eat a donut, it tastes good, but I immediately feel like crap. So Donuts get my vote. What do you think is the most unhealthy thing to eat, pound for pound?

I've found that the Wii Balance Board can be very inaccurate. Go by what your scale says; that's probably correct. Also, your scale may be uncalibrated. Look for a knob or something like that to get it back to 0.

well something unhealthy that people would actually want to eat would probably be anything that is deepfried, so that includes chicken and doughnuts, i agree with you that doughnuts are worse for you because they have all the carbs, and the sugar on top and they've been deepfried in fat,
why do things that taste good have to be so bad for you!?:)

Pork. I love it but it drives my blood pressure up, not to mention cholesterol, so I stay away from it. I don't cook it at home but I will have an occasional BBQ pork sandwich from the local BBQ restaurant.
