1 cubic foot/hour = 6.228 835 549 gallon/hour [UK]
260 cubic foot/hour = 1 619.497 242 685 gallon/hour [UK]

1 cubic foot/hour = 7.480 519 557 gallon/hour [US]
260 cubic foot/hour = 1 944.935 084 738 gallon/hour [US]

1 cubic foot/hour = 0.028 316 847 cubic meter/hour
260 cubic foot/hour = 7.362 380 22 cubic meter/hour

You have not mentioned the temperature.I will take 15 degree C.
Gas density (1.013 bar at boiling point) : 2.423 kg/m3
Gas density (1.013 bar and 15 °C (59 °F)) : 1.91 kg/m3

Density=1.91 kg/m^3
Density=mass/volume
1.91*7.3624=mass in kg/hr
mass in kg/hr=14.062184kg/hr
1 kilogram = 2.204 622 622 lb, lbs
Mass in pound/hr= 2.204 622 622**14.062184 lb, lbs
Mass in pound/hr= 31.00(upto 2 decimal)

260 ft3 / hour
= 4.333 ft3 / minute
= 9.4632 lb / hour
= 16194 UK gallons / hour
= 7.3624 m3 / hour

(Propane has a mass density of approximately 0.583 kg/m3).
