When you were arrested, I assume the officer knew you were on probation when he/she ran a check on you. You didn't say if being on probation was the reason you were arrested (parole violation) but your probation should be sent a notice that you were arrested, unles the system breaks down somewhere. In fact, I'm not sure about the state where you live, but in most it's a parole violation to not inform your probation officer that you were arrested. Which will get you arrested again. I'd just fess up if I were you.

It doesn't matter if she found out or not, which she will anyways, that's her job.
Once the court realizes that you are on probation you will probably serve time in jail for at least two weeks anyways, depending on what you were on probation for in the first place.
Regardless there's a reason you don't violate your probation!

when you get arrested the police check for your name in their computer and that tells them if you are on probation or not and they notify your probation officer. Your probabtion officer will probably wait to see if you tell them about it. They can revolk your probation if they want.

it variety of feels that each physique you have left to do is your a hundred hours of community service. i'm specific your mom will gladly do the parenting instructions. you have unquestionably have been given a lot to be happy approximately. you probably did no time in juvenile detention in any respect. you have been given numerous opportunities to get your self straightened out even once you probably did no longer persist with by using on each little thing you promised. given which you probably did those issues as a juvenile, the device is supplying you with a gamble to place all of this at the back of you. Flying distant places might spell the top of any goodwill the US criminal device might have for you. you may desire to return to California yet you would be picked up and further at present decrease back to court docket to proceed despite you have been nevertheless responsible for, yet this time the outcomes could be a lot harsher and you may desire to accomplish a little penal complex time. in certainty, it is not unlikely which you would be picked up on the airport flying out. the certainty which you have even offered an OS cost ticket is probably a contravention of your probation. while you're sensible, you will do the a hundred hours and cancel your flight. you haven't any longer something to ***** approximately - you have each little thing to seem forward to. Please. do no longer harm this for your self now, once you're so close to to being waiting to place all of this at the back of you.

You can bet the cops will probably notify her if whatever you did was a probation violation. She might play dumb and wait to see if you tell her so you might earn brownie points if you come clean before she calls you out on it.

Try it and find out. Some people are able to learn by reading. Some are able to learn from others' experiences. You might best be served by relegating your educational experience to your personal experience.
