Did you hit your head directly? If you have any nausea or vomitting or feel abnormally sleepy you should go to the ER or contact a Dr IMMEDIATELY ! these could be signs of a concussion.

how long ago did you crash,do have you a bump?put a bag of ice on your head where it hurts and take some tylonol.if persist you pry should see dr.ice does relieve headaches though.my chriropractor told me to do this and does work.

did you hit your head when you crashed? you may have a concussion- you may want to consider going to the hospital to get it checked out. if you have already done this, take something like Aleve, Advil, or Tylenol

treat you neck to ice and go to emerg for x-ray you could have moved a bone out of place, and see your chiropractor.
