Go find a copy of XP home (which is probably bargain basement now that vista is out), or you could take a little time to learn something about Linux and install that (it's free from a lot of places). And Linux runs fine on old hardware with limited resources.

why do you want to run windows me? just get a computer with xp. all the ones in the store have vista now, but you can still get a system with xp from dell. just call them up or go to their website.

you CANT get a dell with XP anymore unless its a latitude or one other crappy model, you CAN buy XP for like 60 dollars though, ME aint worth the headache
