I used to listen to "subliminal" music as a kid, it worked wonders, where can I find any these days?

Something soothing and calming for the soul. My life problems are just out of control now....

I know it sounds silly, but you could probably get something like that at Bath & Body Works. Wal-mart has a bunch of CD's with different types of music and I think that relaxation is one of the types they offer. Good luck and I hope that things get better for you.

Try Enya, Secret Garden, Dagda, Sarah McLachlan. Also, I have this CD called "Celtic Dawn: Tales of the New Age." It's the most relaxing CD I have ever listened to!
