Ok, only SERIOUS answers & ONLY from those who have actually tried using ACV.

How did you take it ( mixture & how often) ?

How much did you loose?

Any side effects?

I have been taking a tablespoon of it a day (mixed in cranberry Juice) since early December 06. I have lost 17lbs. However I have been exercising and watching what I eat too. I'm more interested in its affects on my cholesterol and blood pressure. I'm looking forward to my doctors appointment in March. Another person in my office has been taking it for about a year now and it has cleared up her allergies. She was really bad and they seem to be non existent since she started with the ACV.

A workout instructor in the 90's was using it on a regular basis, she told me when I had asked her how she keeps in shape other than working out. She swore by it and said it is a well kept secret of success when dieting. I tried it, but it’s a little much to keep up if your not a vinegar fan, but she did look good and swore by it. ( actually when she first told me, I thought she was playing me, but I did hear about it much more since then). Good luck, Joanne

I did.

I took it in pill form 2x a day for about 6 months and had no noticeable effects.

I did a lot better with just calorie counting, basic multi-vitamins and regular exercise.

degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair
