I hate that acid-y feeling in my lower abs when I try to go for a run...It annoys me a lot cuz it hurts and I'm fed up of it...

Easy.....Inhalate through your nose rather than your mouth.

You probably drink lots of water before you run? rather than gulping it down, take small sips regularly. I know it sounds bad and probably is, but I often only drink my water after Iv had my run, because I also used to suffer a lot with stitches.
