To answer about offering an alternative: First of all the fish that enter Long Island Sound are not stocked fish as they are in the inland waters. The government does not control how many fish come into or go out of the Sound. There are funds already in place to help clean the Sound, so it will stay safe for recreation. It will cost the state more to enforce this tax. There would have to be patrols that would make random checks on fishermen asking for proof of the paid taxes. Worst of all, they will disrupt the quiet that is needed so the fish aren't scared away. Little by little this state keeps choking its residents with the highest cost of living in the nation and now they want to pull the noose tighter. What do you suggest?

Once in a while I;ll fish Center Island on the North Shore, mostly however it's Jones Beach, sometimes Robert Moses. Yeah, they're talking about a $15 fishing license. The state is just looking for another way to squeeze more money out of us. Simply by the taxes on cigarettes, the state takes in over $2 billion a year. With the lotteries, over $1 billion a year. Then let's not talk about Long Island school taxes. And let's not forget alcohol, gasoline, and sales taxes. Then you have bridge taxes and you need to buy passes to go to Jones Beach, and $20 if you want to nigh fish at Jones Beach. With a state fishing license, the state will be once again nickle and diming us to death. Nevertheless, we are going to need a license if a few years. The state is going to say the fishing stock population is way down, and fishing needs to be more regulated, therefore there's going to be a need for a license. And you know what? There's absolutely nothing the middle class could do about it except say it's not fair then take the fiscal abuse of taxation.

The Quran mentions 'barzakh' meaning a barrier. It separates salt water from candy water. The 'Barzakh' is definitely no longer a barrier . it rather is in fact the different . The waters at the instant are not forbidden to tresspass. candy water flowing from the rivers and salt water do no longer combination on the instant yet at last they combination. it rather is like once you pour milk in a cup of coffee they do no longer combination promptly yet once you stir them they combination.
