Your Personnel (Human Resources) dept. can tell you what you claimed, which is the basis used when they make deductions for your paycheck.

You can produce your own W-4, go to www.irs.gov, individual, withholding calculator. This will provide you with your withholding that will be closest to your taxable amount. You can then print that off and turn it in to your employer. Or, do like the last three answerers said, and check with HR to find out what you chose for exemption withholding.

You should be able to check your W4 or ask your company to see your W4.. You can then see how many exemptions you've claimed..

Ask your payroll department. They're the folks who have your W4 on file.
