I know girls don't judge guys in the same ways guys judge them (or at least I should hope so), but What do girls care about most when it comes to a guy? Charisma? Confidence? Or a porcelain complexion?

complexion is way way down the list, as is charisma, confidence is attractive though not too much of it, what we really, really like is a guy who is comfortable enough just to be himself, no show, just at ease with who they are, good luck

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.

I'm not a girl.. as you can see lol.. but acne isn't such a big thing. Girls look mostly for a confident guy who makes them laugh. If you work on that (if you are who the question is for) well then i'm sure the ladies will love you. Peace x

Different girls like different things. All you can do is be yourself and someday you will find that special person that loves you for who you are. You should never ever judge a book by its cover! You could miss out on alot by doing that! Good Luck

Dude I still get pimples at 27 years old, not nearly as bad as before but I'm a really confident guy with a nice sized dong so I have no problems getting with chicks.

personality, sense of humor, charisma..... all way more important than acne. but theres gotta be some physical attraction too... but thats all personal preference. some girls are REALLY turned off by acne... and to others it doesnt bother them as much.

some girls care ( really rude ones ) and some dont....
i dont care that much about who guys look ( I mean they cant be that bad... sorry that was rude ) i like it when they have a good amount of self confidence, and they aren't full of then selves, when they have a good attitude about life and if they are sweet and caring and funny, we love humor... not to many guys like that out there :-(

Humour! If a guy is genuinely funny or is able to laugh at life then he is generally accepted in my book. Although if a guy has really bad acne I think that it will help him to feel his real self if he tries to get it cleared up...

awwwww! every girl is different. acne will pass-its called puberty. You know when I was in my teens I had bad skin and it really messed up my self esteem but now guys think I am hot. and my skin is better. Dont worry about it.

im a girl and the face and outer body isnt important to me. it should always be inside that matters not the outside. good luck on that
