I cannot boot up my Win 2000 Pro after running reinstallation disc. Any ideas?

I think I accidentally deleted Winnt system 32 SFC.Dll. I have tried typing in an expand command but it says cannot find file. Any suggestions as to what else I can type in at the command line?

boot to a partition.

Boot from the CD again and run a repair.
