Eating enough calories?

I have a great deal of trouble eating enough, which is playing havoc with my diabetes. I get high, inject before a meal and then two hours later I am hypo. My stomach hurts when food goes down and I have a cyst on my spleen which might be the cause, am awaiting further surgery. How can I keep it going without the pain, acid reflux and frequent vomiting. I am not anorexic or bulimic.

See your doctor and ask to be referred to a nutritionalist or someone who knows what they are talking about.
