Btw, almost all Dutchies speak at least a reasonable amount of English. In the Netherlands, English as a second language is on the curriculum in primary and secondary level education. Having said that, it shouldn't be too hard to pick up some Dutch for English native speakers, as both languages are closely related: water (English) is water in Dutch, boat is boot (similar pronunciation though).
