well im in a contest where my team should lose as much weight and fat as possible in a month. what foods could i eat at night before going to sleep and still not gain any weight? can i eat vegetables?

yes u can take vegetables which will not disturb ur weight .but dont take the food having fats (oil,ghee,etc.).better u take some chappaties at night.

have as light dinners as possible.you may eat a light sandwich with some spread and a refreshing juice four hours before bedtime so that you allow your body to digest before sleep.

Don't eat any carbs after 7 p.m. - eat only proteins or veggies.
