If you keep the shell on, a hard boiled egg will keep for several days in the fridge. I boil up a dozen on Monday, and use them for snacks during the week.

you are good about a week in the fridge, then you may notice an odor from the boiled egg and may want to throw it out!

they should stay good for about 5 to 7 days
