I am doing pitta breads with southern fried chicken breast, not home made from tesco-with onion rings and curly fries. Bit of a kids tea tonight I do a lot of cooking and forgot to get meat out of the freezer so thought will do a quick but yummy meal.

Well I'm going to go and see my Mum who is 86 and crippled. I'm going to make her a roast beef sandwich on brown bread with a serving of watercress, then for afters, some fresh blueberries with a yogurt, then a cup of tea and maybe a piece of chocolate and a biscuit.

Not recommended for everybody, but my Mum likes it.

You are making me hungry.
I have some kebabs; Going to convert them into sandwich/ burger. Will put lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and green chutney (to match the kebabs) instead of Mayo or like.
