Stop being lazy, and get up when you hear the alarm clock. I get so sick of hearing people claim to have this problem, it's such b.s. -- you're just being lazy and you don't want to get up. Just grow up...and GET UP.

Actually, I am a iris analyst and most people I know who suffer from some form of chronic lethargy (not being able to wake up in the morning is one of the symptoms) usually have low cell energy level and also weaker livers.

My sis had the same problem and is now able to wake up on time and feel full of energy when she wakes up after she did a detox.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I am taking to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water.

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

What do you think?

Try to figure out your timings and when you get sleep.i solve my nocturnal bouts of sleeping by tiring myself out.If I have to wake up at a specific time in the morning...then I don't sleep at all if it calls for the situation. What I mean is if I want to wake up in the morning day after tomorrow.i start trying to tire myself out by noon the day before,I read alot of books and don't drink coffee or tea,I don't watch tv or play games online.I go for a walk and basically try to tire myself out.I don't sleep in the mornings which is why I end up not being able to wake up in the morning. It's just how you can achieve a fine balance between work and sleep. You need to come up with your own way of dealing with it.I have tried everything believe me.now I have somehow struck the balance.I try to make my mornings seem more interesting by doing what I like to do in the night in the morning.

Put your alarm clock a few meters away from the bed so that you have to stand up to shut it off when it rings. But don't put it too far so that you will not hear it :). Put a chair next to the clock. The important thing is: when you stand up and shut it DON'T go back to bed! Sit on the chair and for the next few minutes try to concentrate and awake. It can be very unpleasant if you feel cold, so take the blanket or put some clothes. You need to be strong! :) If you don't hear the clock try with two: set them ring at the same time.

- Put the alarm far away from your bed so that you have to get up.
- Immediately put all your lights on so that your brains get the message that it's morning. If you can open a window and get fresh air, it's perfect.
- Start jumping up and down so that your body wakes up. If you share the room with someone else, explain the night before that you are not going crazy, you simply want to wake up.
- Force yourself to wash your face and brush your teeth.
- Think of one exciting thing that you have during the day that will motivate you to wake up.
- Put energetic music on and make a big cup of coffee.

I would suggest you to take supplement. Look for multi vitamin or B complex. Also look for those having high absorption rate by your cells. Supplement can help to balance your body behaviour.

go to bed at a set time...does not have to be early...and get up at a set time...even on the weekends
eventually you will train your body to those hours and you will wake up at your set time or close to it every day

be cool...
