yes it will but it will not be sent back to you if it never gets where it needs to go and thats all its for so yeah you can send it.

If the recipient's address is still valid, the letter will be sent. If the addressee has moved and left a forwarding address, your letter will be forwarded.

Otherwise, if the addressee has moved, but did not file a change-of-address with the Post Office, your letter will go to the "dead-letter" section, eventually winding up in File 13.
