neither, the best bank, is your governments around the world. They collectively hold all the gold bullions, and control all the merchantile and stock markets.
And in a way, this is what you should do too, start holding bullions, start buying your own oil fields, and then taking some money and wiping it on your butt and tell people to have faith in a piece of paper. Because this is the game they run on us.

Aussie; Interesting, because I have researched THIS one rather thoroughly:
-simply, in Australia: The Bendigo Bank: (Full-Stop)!
But IF you are [borrowing a large amount]: The A.N.Z.
(NEVER go near the 'Commonwealth' (although, IF you can get served.. at least they ASK few questions)..
