Are you sure you need new drivers?
If you are, then you can go into the computer settings and select Update Driver for the hardware component that needs updating.
But if you aren't sure what you are doing, this is risky stuff. You can make your PC not boot if you force the wrong driver.
If you can provide some more detail as to why you believe you need a driver update and what the problem is, perhaps we can be of more help.

Given that you are apparently new to computer set-up requirements, the first thing I would do, is find someone knowledgeable to investigate the condition of your operating system to identify if the need for drivers is real. To obtain any necessary drivers, you first need to identify the hardware requiring the drivers, (graphics, sound, m/board chipset etc.)
You will need to identify the model number and if possible, the manufacturer. If you know the manufaturer, then run a search on the net for the company website and go to their support centre/driver/download section and follow instructions to find and download the required drivers.
If all you can identify is the model number, then their are quite a few driver websites you could find your drivers from. Two that I use myself are Driversguide.com and totallydrivers.com. You will be required to register with your email account for confirmation, but I have found most of the drivers I have required from or via these two sites.
good luck

Drivers are a problem because there are so many of them and it is hard to tell which one(s) you need. First, try the Microsoft website by updating your computer, FULLY! To do this open your browser, go to tools Windows update. Then follow directions. If you have not updated, then it will take a long time because Microsoft has dozens of bug fixes they call updates.
If Microsoft does not have the drivers, then you will need to find them. First, you need to know the exact make and model of the device driver you are looking for. ONE way to find this is to take the cover off your computer, and INSPECT the device. There may be a make and model number on it. Once you get the exact make and model number go to that companies website, and download and install the driver.

If it is for a specific device, go to the manufacturer's website and find the web page for the specific device that you are trying to download a driver for. Usually there will be a "Downloads" link. This is where the manufacturer will post the latest drivers for the product.
If it is a driver needed to for the purposes of upgrading windows, there is a website called WinDrivers.com that will most likely have what you are looking for.

Go to your manufacturer's support website to download their drivers. You should be able to go through a series of menus to tell them what computer you have and go to the Drivers and Downloads page or tab and they will list the drivers that are compatable with your computer. Download them and install them. Then, make sure you back the installers up!!! This saved me lots of trouble. You can use a USB thumb drive or an external hard drive to backup to, and make a folder that says, "Windows Necessities" or similar folder to backup your driver installers to. I don't know what your computer manufacturer is, but below are the support websites for HP and Dell computers. The websites are similar for other manufacturers like Toshiba, etc. All drivers are free, BTW. Hope this helps.
