Sudocreme is too oily to be any good for spots, tea tree oil and Witch hazel will dry them out.

Sudocrem is for nappy rash and sunburn. It is a zinc based white lotion. I would not put Canesten on spots like one person suggested. Canesten is for thrush and fungal infections so unless you have a fungal rash on your face, don't use it.

Tea tree oil is a natural antiseptic and good on spots. However I have found that the best spot stuff I have ever used was by BeneFit and was called Ka Pow. It works overnight.

I don't think sudocreme would be good at all, try diluted witch hazel, use it as a toner after cleansing your skin.

Also, use a good face mask once a week , maybe take some vitamin e tablets too, I believe they are very good for your skin.

I have never heard of SudoCreme for spots, don't see how it would work. Try Germolene, Tree tree is good too for some people.

sudocreme is good but try using canesten for spots! works wonders on those nasty ones as it fights against bacteria and fungi!
try using a tea tree face wash for everyday use to keep skin as clear as possible as it is an natural anti-bacterial ingredient.
