every time I open LimeWire it starts working ok and then, after maybe not even a minute, it closes down completely. why is this happening? do you know any other program for downloading movies?

i think Limewire uses jvm on ur pc. look in ur task manager after running the Limeware how much memory it consumes. Best solution is try jdk 1.5
