How much crack can someone smoke when they are pregnant?

I have seen someones question about smoking before, does this aply to crack??

One shouldn't smoke anything period during pregnancy. My daughter has a friend of her's who used crack while pregnant. The kid was born and is very deformed and retarded.

Um... Yes. You shouldn't even do drugs in the first case, regardless if you are pregnant or not. Anyway, why is this in the Singles and Dating section?!
