In the past month, I have been drinking almost two gallons of water a day. Until this started, I drank almost nothing but soda, tea, and juice, but mostly I just drank soda. Since I started drinking mostly water, my muscles are fatigued (feel like I have been working out) and I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this.

Nausea
Vomiting
Headache
Restlessness
Fatigue
Irritability
Abnormal mental status
Possible coma
Hallucinations
Consciousness, decreased
Confusion
Convulsions
Muscle weakness
Muscle spasms or cramps


YOU need to stop drininkg that much water it may seem like a wonderful idea but its not.
