She went into heat about a month ago, and since, she's been sleeping alot, and gets very angry if you touch her belly. But I am asking if she could be pregnant, because she is still as skinny now, and she was a month ago, so whats happening?

look at the cat nipple if it's getting bigger it means that the cat is pregnant

There is an old saying that if a cat comes around then you are pregnant. When I first got pregnant the cats came around but I didnt know if I was pregnant or not. But come to find out I was pregnant and those cats stayed around so I guess the old saying is true.

when my cat got pregnant, i only noticed after a few months, its belly just got bigger and when it walks, you can see that its belly is very roundish. and when it sits, its butt is bigger and kinda has a triangular shape. (that's just my cat)
my cat's very soft and wouldnt mind if i touch its belly but some other cat would get mad

Take your cat to the vet. They can take xrays or an ultrasound to tell you for sure...If she is not pregnant, please have her spayed. There are millions of cats that are euthanized yearly simply because there are not enough homes. Please be part of a solution not a problem. A vet visit will also help rule out any infections, anemia, or other health issue that could be causing her discomfort

She will eat more and start showing signs of fatigue but will lay around alot more...not that they don't do that already! She will also be hiding. like if too prepare a near future experience! Congratulations!

cats normally are aggresive when they become mothers.. also when cats get pregnant.. they start looking for secret places to have their litter. so observe if yours is doin the same.. does she dissapear for hours.. or keep poking around in unusual dark corners...?if yes.. then she probably is pregnant..
