You don't have to "watch her and the other guy". That's not what she wants. She wants the undivided attention of both guys. Maybe double penetration. That's why it's called a 3-way. All 3 people participating at once. Just let the other guy know if you don't want him touching you sexually. Make this all about her.

I would do a 3 way with my best friend and a guy (we both just met). But if my bf would want a 3 way (me, a girl we don't know & him) i wouldnt. Just cuz the fact that I wouldnt like to see my bf getting it on w a girl that's not me. Not even with my best friend. Nope.
I guess you should do what she wants since she already did it with another girl for you.
