I find that many asian girls or women put their boyfriend height limit to 6 foot 2, and some even put a limit at 6 feet tall on dating ads or in their own minds.
What is the reason they don't want guys above 6'2" and does that mean that those women will turn me down if I'm a little taller than that?

I think it would depend on the guy but I'm 5'4 1/2", I think anything above 6'2" is too tall for me.
No, I wouldn't turn you down if I was attracted to you.

That's not completely true.
Some smaller/shorter women may feel uncomfortable dating someone so much taller. It's hard to reach up for a kiss or hug, and they can feel almost dwarfed by someone so tall.
But I don't think anyone just goes out and says, "Ok! My limit is 6'2". You're 6'3"?? I can't date you!"
No, it does not mean that you'll be turned down all the time.
It's more likely that you'd be turned down for not being compatible with someone; NOT because of height alone.

I don't know what part of the world you live in, but I'm 6'5 and i have the opposite problem. Finding asian women taller than 5'4" tall.
All the asian women i've ever known were under 5'4" and they didn't have a problem with my height.
My doctor is an young asian woman who stands just 5' tall. She has to use a step stool to do a physical on me when i'm sitting on the exam table. Which cracks us both up everytime i go in to see her.

you just need the right girl! I am 5'2 and my ex was 7'0. I never, in a million years, imagined myself with someone that tall- but I loved every minute of it- including the looks we got in oublic because I was so short and he was so tall!
I think most woman limit themselves to 6 foot, because you rarely see anyone that passes that, so they are blinded to it.
Remember, there are some woman out there who are taller than average, who have a hard time finding a taller man- be patient....you'll find yours!

women assume the height thing makes hugs and displays of affection difficult especially if she is only 5' 2". Once you make it clear you prefer petite women and take the time to get to know someone this can be over looked.

well i'm only 5"2 .. so i dont' really want my boyfriend to be a foot taller then me it would just look silly..
although if i met someone who was that tall and fell in love that would be different..
but um .. yeah maybe you need to find a tall lady

Asian girls are different because they are used to short asian guys who dont grow above 6 feet.White girls are the opposite and black girls dont care about hight.
