Just bought a Ford KA2.

The heater only works on 4. 1,2 & 3 don't work.

Any ideas on what I need to do to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

they are all right your heater resistor has packed up easy to replace. its located behind the fuse box. May i also suggest that you replace your heater valve as you have been running your heater at full whack easy job a bit messy its located underneath the windscreen. if you want to know how to do it ask another question glad to help

As said replace the resistor pack. Not a big job and fairly cheap if you pick up one from a scrappy.

had the same problem with my pontiac. was the resistor. if its new its still under warranty. Get them to fix it . If you have to fix it yourself its pretty inexpensive. I don't know about ford but mine was under passenger side dash.
