Hey! No it's not necessary to always have a girl in your life, you have a life to live and you need space to and sometimes it's best to just have your time to yourself or hang with friends. Sometimes in a relationship or just dating there gets to be alot of stress. I know I have been in 2 long term relationships and I have had a break for about two years now and my life is stress free, well almost.

Guys need to feel wanted and desired. And, like to know that somebody wants them sexually. Some guys I know jump from one superficial relationship to the next, in some cases to help them get over someone or in others just for a physical release which means they are using someone for sex. It really is a messed of way to conduct your life. Because in the end, they really are not happy. A certainly not in a REAL relationship.

Depends on the man, his emotional makeup, his drive to reproduce, how busy the rest of his life is. We are all different. I wish I could give you a better answer. The drive to procreate is a very strong instinct, though, and it is very difficult and even detrimental psychologically to supress that too much. I only add that because your question seems to imply a frustration with this instinct.

it is never necessary for them to have a girlfriend....maybe they are insecure and need to have someone who cares about them close at all times or maybe they are very needy and want someone to be dependent on or maybe they just don't want others to think they are alone.....some guys have girlfriends all the time but never stay faithful to any of them and some guys will never cheat on their girlfriend their whole life but you never know their intentions until they tell you and even then they like to lie if they think it's what you wanna hear.....it's the male brain nobody ever said it was easy to understand.....and they think women are confusing...lol :)

no just like it's not necessary for women to have boyfriends all the time if you aren't a needy person and or your busy with life there isn't a need to date all the time.

ya it is necessary, cause if no men have girl friend then there will not be relation ships in the world then there will not be any love to the girls or kissing there will not be any fun before marriage.

no not at all!now a days it is a trend but i am advising you that having a girlfriend is a very tough situation to cope with.so my friend get going on life ride because nothing is as good as being alone.
