Their is 2 options :
1-Everybody can have it
or
2-Everybody dont have it
but if some have & some dont,then the world will never be stable and peace will never be achieved.

I believe that all weapons revolving around Biological, Chemical and Radiological should be rid from this planet altogether. IF a country has to go to war, hopefully as a last resort, then we should do it the "old fashioned" way! All other organic weapons are "OK" in my book.

I think it should be all or none. But I do believe in strict restrictions (that all countries must follow). If they violate the rules, they lose the ability and risk "destruction" of weapons and facilities.

The more personal and limited a war is, the more likely there will be fewer of them. When you cannot see your enemy, they cease to be real. WMD's take a large number of people out with little risk, therefore they dehumanize the enemy.

Belive it or not the answer is entirley yes or entirley no.

If all countries have nukes they know they have the 100%chance of being nuked in response.

if none have them none can use them.....either way deters.

Yes they should and who do you think has the right to tell me I can't! If they all have them it would be less likely that anyone would use them! At any right America is not GOD and have no right to tell anyone how to live their lives or run their country's
