are babies given birth when their mother die clever?

it is said that, if the mother is dead during the process of laboring, the
baby is very clever, are there any statistics or scientific findings about that?

i have a friend which is very clever.
her mother was dead when her mother was giving birth to her.

i had also heard many people saying these child are especially clever.

I've never heard that before, and even if it is true, then what??? We should kill all mothers in the delivery room so they have clever kids???
