Switzerland does not belongs to the EU - and I think you're allowed to bring only 200 cigarettes into the UK, but I am not sure. Check out the UK Customs' website for more information.

If you are buying them in Duty Free then you can carry 400 cigarettes per person.

It seems you can only bring back 1.
