As Asia (Iran in specific) becomes a hot spot by virtue of the fact that its a "future energy bowl" ,Coalitions of Convenience matter.Indias dream pipeline from Iran through Pakistan can be easily extended to the corners of South East Asia.Europe seems to be disinterested, for in the bargain it will loose an alternative over its already heavily over reliant suppliers- Russia and CIS .Iran becoming a "Power Player" in Asia would be at the cost of the other side of the Gulf which till date allies with American plans.Worry for the US?Is Europe and US trying to play fowl by hyping the Iranian Nuclear Issue? What is Asia's best option to keep the things under control?.An Asian Coalition to Oversee Our "Internal" Affairs?

russia india china seems good india and china are mending their 40 year old tattered relationship it will for sure be a multipolar world it will also put the whole of asia in complete global attention and give them powers and influence far greater than USA that will then be the decline of USA europe will diminsh anyway due to ageing population and very low birth rates africa may find some peace god himself alone knows of the fate of africa so i cant comment but that will create a lot of solutions to the conflicts happening in asia today and will help solve problems in the mid east as well

In the Asian Coalition that you suggest, how can Russia fit in? The Tripartite alliance among Russia, India, and China is a good idea. It has not taken off. China is wary about India and the relations has not blossomed as yet. The reasons are not far to seek. The bad memories of the Indo-China war of 1961 are still there and the major part of the dispute which triggered the conflict remain unresolved and buried under the carpet. China seem to have predilection for Pakistan and consider the latter as a counter balancing force against India. If at all, the said tripartite relations will have to emerge, it depends on two factors. Russia should persuade China to actively woo India; Or Indo-Pak relations should improve dramatically. I think both the possibilities are rather distant.

When we "pull out". The new Cold War will begin. Except this time the Chinese economy (growing 10% each year) will bankrupt America. There's a lot at stake and it will make our old friend Vladimir Putin a world player again. This is why Russia is backing Iran. Get ready for long gas lines at the pumps as they were in the mid 1970's and get used to $6 a gallon.

Just what we need, the cold war all over again. Mother Russia and China, two socialist governments, working with a weak India to become major players spell major problems for us. lets see, we would have two of the most populus countries in the world, three nuclear powers up against our intrests. Tell me, how would that be good for us?

This is the best opportunity for India to show it's political maturity and capability as a leader and regional power. India should play it's card to avoid another war in this region.

Very simple: those who do not respect the Copyright and patent right will unite and win over those who still respects it. Then the night of barbarism will come upon us.
