Would you say I need two cups of cous cous for two people or one cup?
My mum says I cup of cous cous cooked in 1 cup of water will be suffient for two people as i mixing in veg etc once cooked.

Mums are always right.
One cup is adequeate for two people.
Always trust your mum!

Recipe for Cous Cous Moroccan Style -
One Sheep.
25lbs Cous Cous.
Three Gals Water.
20lbs assorted Veg.
Herbs to taste.
Bring to boil and simmer slowly for three hours.
ENJOY!

when i cook cous cous for two i do a cup and a half or cous cous to a cup and a half of water its up to you , enjoy
