What does the bible say about miracles and healing thyself? What a powerful testimony to share! Check out books by Jordan Rubin and Kevin Trudeau. Some of their stuff makes ALOT of sense, at least IMO. Body is the Temple, No? Cancer is a temporary state. Do NOT simply accept it IF you want to live! I have heard that EVERYONE gets "cancer" several times a week, even new borns, but the body in its healthy state is able to fight it off until the next round. I have also heard eating sugary foods is the WORST thing you can do, it feeds the cells. Supposedly Green Tea contains plant compounds that actually bind to the cancer cells' anti-death mechanism, which when you drink it allows the cells to actually die off like they are supposed to. You tell yourself I am cancering or am fighting cancer. NOT I have cancer, or worse yet am dying from cancer. The temple needs some minor repairs, that's all. Depends on what you have left "to live for". How much Witnessing you have left or feel is your duty to share. I have problems like that which I may need to face someday, and have not personally gone through "The C-word", and pray that it will not be my cup or burden to bear, but I hope that's how I would see it. I am trying to make preventative life changes. You may just have one more trial of your faith though. One more worldly pain to go through. I will pray for you, and may God bless you. Although no one but God has the authority to tell you how long you can or will live, maybe it is up to you a little, you know your state of mind and all. I learned when I was a kid that sometimes we have to meet God half way. Or at least make some attempt.

If you are truly a Christian, then you know you ultimately have nothing to worry about. You WILL go to Glory, when and if it's your time. I'm not sure how old you are or what stage of cancer you have, but I personally know a young man who had stage 4 brain cancer and only had a month to live. That was almost a year ago, and he believed that God would heal him, and he did. He felt in his heart that his time on earth wasn't over and that God had a great work ahead for him. Now that the Dr's have confirmed that he has no sign of cancer, he is preaching to young people all over our state. There have been many teens and children saved because of his faith and willingness to God's work. You should seek the Lord and tell him you know that you can be healed-God can do anything-but that if he sees fit for you to go, then you understand. If you want to live, then start praising Him for your recovery. "Speak things that are not as though they are, and speak them into existence." That is what I believe and live by. God bless, and you will be in my prayers.

God has instilled in Humans the will to live, Therefore I myself will seek medical help. And I am a high risk for cancer, because it runs in the family As do High Blood pressure does, & currently I am on 5 high blood pressure pills a day, & have been for many years, & yet my stress test shows no blockage in my heart, it is because it is in my genes that I have this, Even my children is now being afflicted with some of the health problems I have. As their children is also. Now after I said this I know many will say, I thought you believe in divine healing, I Do, But God also gave me CS(common sense) to seek a doctor also, & when a doctor can not do anymore & if God still wants me alive, then he will heal me, That is what divine healing is, when doctors done all they can Then God can step in & heal.

I think that I would be devastated at first and then hopefully come to terms with it,if the cancer is aggressive and incurable, I would ready myself to meet the Lord as best as I could, and hope that my family do not suffer too much as I go through my own personal Gethsemane.

I think i would try staying for a while(treated) because of my family. Though i know i would probably see them in Heaven later on, it would be nice for them to have me around for abit longer. Then when the time comes, i would be happy to go to Heaven and I would know they had the peace of knowing im at peace with God.

I would get treatment because you can live thru cancer. Doing nothing would mean a painful slow death and if it can be avoided, I would. Our job here on earth is to tell others about God and Jesus and show them the truth. Can't do that if we are dead=).

I would fight to survive and put my trust in my doctors. If it turned out to be incurable, bring on the morphine and lots of it. It's bad enough to have to stop living, without having to deal with physical pain. I'd leave religion out of it because I believe there is nothing after death.

I'm a christian and yes I would still get treated. I would still pray and believe for a miracle. If I get cured, then I will God all the glory.

I am not a christian, yet if I had cancer, and felt that trying to suffer the so called 'cures' or stay at home and die with my loved ones, and have a great time before i departed, then i maight choose the party!!
so many faiths, too many gods, plenty of prophets and lots of sons of 'God' - and WORSE - so many many 'bibles' to read - you have to make your own choice!!
