You know I have been In Glendale to long, we have an influx of Armenian and Iraq's, because they found an area where people are older, retired and or moving. The past several years, the teens are terrible, don't take driving tests, DMV pushes them right through, they are very rude, drive on a cell phone, are not approach able, if they do not pay attention to the driving rules, and why is this happening, because the rules are not strict, no one or judicial system monitors why, what, where, and when. The Judicial system does nothing about the way they hand out drivers licenses, it would be nice if they would monitor little IRAQ and IRAN HERE.

The road test portion should be harder and longer. My daughter only had to take a 15 min. road test. It should be more like 1 hour and involve highway and city driving in heavy traffic. It should also take longer driving with a learners permit to get a full license. Experience is the only way to learn how to drive.

Yes I think so! I really think that no one under 18 or over 70 should be allowed on the road! Before you go crazy about this idea check the accident % of these two groups!
