Have just had hair extensions put in last week and the shedding is driving me mad ive done everything the hairdresser told me to do and they are stll coming out in clumps im at my witts end. They are a very light blonde so have been processed a lot but surely they shouldnt be shedding this much. Any one got any ideas how to stop it???

Good extensions should never come out like you have described, so either they are of a very poor quality, or have been applied incorrectly, or you are not looking after them correctly. Definitely go back to the salon and complain about them. If they are a reputable salon, they will do all they can to put things right.
FYI - extensions should only be put in hair that is at least 6 inches long. Your natural hair should be in good condition to begin with, otherwise the extensions will cause damage to your natural hair (e.g. tension alopecia).
They have to be cared for using a good quality, and in many cases, specific shampoo and conditioner to help protect the bonds.
You also need to brush them using a specific brush otherwise you will pull out the extensions.
The salon should have gone through all this with you at the time you had them put in. Did they not or did they and you didn't listen? If they did not, they are not a reputable salon and you should avoid them in the future.

Stop using hair extensions. Or what you could do is go back to the hair salon and report the problem. Just look at Victoria Beckham. Extensions ruined her hair.

i dont know why you bothered getting them, bobs and short hairstyles are in now anyway.
but i do think they can look grate if there looked after properly, i reckon that your hairdresser has done something wrong with the glue or the braiding or something as the hair isnt supposed to fall out i'm guessing you paid quite a bit for it so get yourself back there and ask her whats going on with them.

poor u, my daughter had the same problem, they had to come out in the end, i dont know how long they are but i think the longer they are the worse the hair loss, hope u manage to get this problem sorted soon. you really should go back to the shop where you had them done and ask for their advice. good luck.

for me it depends on the girl. Like I might see a girl with black hair and also think she is totally hot however see a girl with blond tresses that is meh and vice versa.
