i really want my teeth bright white. they used to be extremely white and people always commented on them but now through drink and smoke they have yellowed a little. I want my pearly whites back does anyone know the best procedure or what to do?

Crest White Strips all the way! They whiten as well as the professional stuff at the dentist, but are WAY cheaper. I whiten ever six months, and people always comment on my smile.

The best thing to do is to get them whitened professionally. If that is too costly, I would recommend mixing baking soda with peroxide and brushing your teeth with that, followed by your regular toothpaste. It will take about 5 brush sessions to see results but you will. I've done it and my teeth were unharmed. I've tried brand name whiteners and all it did was desensitize my teeth and they actually hurt. Hope this helps! Either way, keep smiling!

are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
