In my line of work Leanne, I saw many people die horrible agonising deaths from cancer, including bowel cancer. And, in nearly all the patients, i witnessed the fact that it is usually an intensley private and personal experience. Also they were in so much pain emotionally and physically, that they had little or no tolerance for people who "thought" they had symptoms of the sickness that was taking their lives. And they had even less patience for people who threw their lives away. So that said, how many people do you think you upset with your repeated postings about an immagined cancer? You need to learn the simple acts of compassion and tact! Which I have noticed, is sorely lacking in the rest of your repeated postings. You are making a mockery out of their suffering and lack of good health.
In the bible, that you claim to read and follow, it states that you should treat others as you would like to be treated yourself.
So, I will oblige you by treating you the same way, shall I?
On that note I feel it necessary to draw your attention to your shocking vocabulary! You not only cannot spell any better than a ten year old, the wording of your sentances and phrasing is attrocious! Not wanting you to remain illliterate AND ignorant, I will point out a few of your mistakes, so that you may have some hope of at least sounding like you know what you are talking about. You will notice that I am now using the same level of tact and understanding you have shown other members who ARE cancer sufferers.
1 {Christians- not christians} You usually start a sentance with a capital.
2 Use commas to seperate your speach.
3 { i yet} i am yet.
4 {yet to get} yet to be.
5 {bowl}-bowel.
6 {dod}- do.
7 {jummp for joy}-jumping for joy.
8 {I would be awsom to die in your sleep}-It would be.
9 {awsom}-awsome.
10 {i}-I.
11 {imbarable}-imbareable.
12 {but if you only get tired and that is bring it on.}-But if you only get tired, then bring it on.
13 {what do you say christians would you}-What do you say christians? Would you.
14 {decission} -decision.
15 You forget to use spacings where needed.
So this is what I found in an eleven line question.
Your others are even worse!
If you are feeling a little persecuted, and feel as though your weakness has been laid bare....GOOD! Now you know how others feel when you attack their every word. And, you know how it
feels to have your personal weakness treated so flipantly. Grow up and spare a thought for others before you open you bigoted mouth!

I went through chemo and lost my good arm. Been a few years and the cancer hasn't returned, but life seriously sucks now, although I wouldn't trade places with you, yours really screws up your ability to live. As far as it goes, don't sweat the suicide thing...it's not suicide if you can't take anymore pain or discomfort and just want it to end. My advice is to give the doctors a shot though... you're not just potentially helping yourself, remember that they also learn more about the disease with every patient, and perfect surgical techniques so that the next person (maybe someone you know) has a better chance of coming through treatment more comfortably, or even fully recovers. It's your fight, and you'll know when enough is enough, so don't let people decide for you. This won't be popular advice, but forget everyone else's opinions-- even the ones who did have cancer-- that was their fight, and this is yours.

well, its not all about christians and catholics. Alot of other religions are correct too...and some of them still worship jesus christ...and the world cannot end its suffering. And heaven is sometimes on earth. But, to have cancer and not be in pain? what kind of cancer is that? everybody is going to die anyways, regardless of having cancer or not. So, its going to be difficult. And just because you get cancer doesnt mean you go to heaven. Getting cancer is not a walk in the park. You dont die today and wake up in heaven the next day. First, are you even going to HEAVEN?

I am a cancer survivor and a very good friend died of colon cancer while I was undergoing chemo. Yes, she was in pain at the end and was in hospice care, where they make sure that your passing is as easy as possible. I am sure that the Lord doesn't want us to suffer in death because he already did that for us on the cross.
Not all cancer is operable, sometimes chemo therapy and or radiation is all that is needed. But personally, I'd go through all the surgery, chemo and radiation all over again and live for as many years as God wills than not endure treatment. God works miracles also through the doctors, nurses and scientists who have found so many treatments for this disease.

Hi! As a Christian with Cancer, may I just say that it's not the dying part that is the issue! We are all going to die, that's a given. When you have a disease that could be terminal, PEOPLE WATCH! Our kids, parents, friends, nurses, doctors and total strangers will watch how we handle it. We have a God given opportunity to do it well and show others our confidence in our Lord by the way we behave.
Logically, you need to find out if you are sick, don't delay, don't be afraid! Have confidence that the Lord will not give us more than we can handle!

That truly is a hard decision, but I personally believe that the Lord let this thing happen and if I were diagnosed terminal, I would not pursue treatment. And if it was His will for me to go, then I would gladly go. The doctors can give you medication for pain, and oxygen for comfort, and when the Lord says it's time to go, I will gladly go to be with Him. Is that not our goal anyway?

THis one is tough, but, God allows what you can bear, and if it has to be cancer then so be it, remember what he had to bear for you, imagine having to receive 100+ lashes on your naked body? being crucified with rusted nails ripping your delicate flesh? a thorn crown digging into your scalp and a sword through your waist.... no thats suffering. Dont get me wrong God is not punishing you but life puts us through our paces and it is within your faith and commitment to God that you overcome obstacles and suffering. If your faith is strong dont be scared of cancer or anything else, just give it to Him, nothing is bigger than him, there is nothing he cant help you carry.
That's all i have to say.

Your God will never give you a cross to big for you to carry. Pick up your cross and follow him. He suffered more for you that you will ever. Offer your sufferings up to him and let him rid you them... if that be his will.
