a friend is married for 5 yrs now and suddenly she finds out she still in love with her ex boy friend and thinks of him everyday even she she could no longer get in touch with him.

Your friend has spent to much time thinking about the past, it can be a dangerous game. I would tell her to let go of her past and focus on the here and now. Maybe her marriage isn't what she expected it to be but it rarely is. If the marraige is bad then she should end it. If the old boyfriend is really where she should be she'll find her way back to him eventually but for now she should figure out her marraige first.

Well I am not so sure about your background because you already have asked this question but if you were a christian person you should totally ignore any ex you had in your life before you got married.
Remember that you made a covenant to that person you got married to and failing to keep this covenant will mean betrayal of relationship. If you left your husband, you will commit a real mistake, the one that will utterly destroy your life and you will never be able to recover especially if you get back with your ex.
Sometimes you can fix things, but this one you can't fix because it will break you. Would you like to take the risk?!

its strange isnt it but i think all of us at sum point think bout someone we used to have a relationship wit. It happens with me there one particular quy that i will neva stop thinkin bout an i will always hold a torch for, an i still see him around all the while i even still get butterflies when he talks to me but im gettin married and hav two wonderful children with a man that i love even more. tell ur friend unless he feels the same way to move on and find someone she can really love an care for and she has to ask herself why did they split up?

Sounds like nostalgia more than anything to me. All she can do is concentrate on the life she has now and what's good about it. That should make it all become more apparant to her again
