I am female, 22 and about 3 weeks ago I started to excersise at least 90 minutes a day. I then weighed between 11.8 to 11.10 stones. This morning when I checked it was 11.5 stones. Is this a good sign or could it be because I didn't eat in the morning. I ask because two or three days ago it was between 11.7 and 11.8 stones?

Wow, started at 90 minutes/day? Hopefully what you are witnessing is the quick start you get to weight loss once starting a program. However, it could just be a loss of water weight (which isn't a bad thing) or the fact that you didn't have any food in you. But, if I had to say, 90 minutes a day when just starting a program is a bit excessive, but if you feel good, then keep it up. Just make sure you are still getting enough nutrition from your diet in order to compensate for your caloric expenditure.

Its sounds like siren., Don't diet very much as a female the quick weight loss is dangerous eat healthy live healthy and exercise is good but dieting is dangerous. Don't behave like this hereafter. Be the heat prevails in your body.

I dunno exactly...could be your scale gave you an incorrect measurement...could be because of the food. Anyway, just to ensure that future weigh-ins are accurate, I'd recommend being very consistent about when and how you weigh yourself. For example, I weigh myself every morning BEFORE I eat but AFTER I've gone to the bathroom for the morning. That gives me an a more accurate picture of what I weigh. I generally also weigh naked, because clothing can add a few pounds to your weight.
