This is called orthostatic hypostension. You are asleep or everything is relaxed. When you jump up quickly gravity , and all those relaxed muscles allow the blood pressure to drop momentarily . This makes you feel dizzy and weak just for a few minutes.
To combat this move slowly from a lying to sitting position. Stay sitting with your feet on the floor for a few minutes before getting up. Move slowly to a standing position.

There are two reasons for why you get dizzy.
The first reason occurs after you watch
television or get up from a computer. The screen
is often so bright that when you do get up, the
muscles in your eye adjust to fit the light of your
surroundings, often causing a headache.
The second reason occurs because when
you do sit down normally, blood often pools into
one area in the body. After you stand up, the flow
of blood is regulated once more, causing a large
surge of blood to travel to your brain, making you dizzy.

It's common with everyone. If you're sitting down or lying down and get up quickly, you're getting a little less oxygen in your brain due to the minor quick change in altitude. You are raising faster than the blood is able to get to your brain. If you go into an elevator and go quickly up, the same thing will happen.

First of all you need to get out of bed slowly so your blood pressure has a chance to regulate its self ,but if you are dizzy all the time when you get up then you may have low blood sugar ! Good Luck &try to ease out of bed next time and see if it makes a difference if it doesn't then you need to go to the doctor and get checked out!

Could be a myriad of things, even low blood-pressure.
However, before getting up immediately and quickly, take a moment or two to stretch, sit up, then get up. This become even more important as we age.

You don't make any mention of age or weight, so hard to tell if its related to blood pressure issues or not. Go see a doctor.

i think it's because when you get up fast then all the blood flows to the lower part of your body and it needs a little time to be able to flow back to your head.
