Simple... don't look for appetite suppressants; instead, eat a more healthy diet. These drugs boost your "energy levels" through caffeine and other drugs. Your best idea is to do cardio exercise for 30+ minutes 3 or more days of the week. Eat foods that are higher in protein and extremly low in saturated fat; if at all possible, cut out saturated fat all together. There is nothing wrong with fat, as long as it comes from mono and polyunsaturated sources; nuts are a good example. Also, try getting more fiber in your diet. Fiber will actually speed up your digestive system and cause you to burn more calories through digestion. Getting on an exercise program will cause your metabolism to boost naturally as you add lean mass (resistance training is best) and you will burn more calories at rest. Pills aren't the answer; exercise and moderation are.

The herbal ones don't work, with the one possible exception of Hoodia. Unfortunately Hoodia only works if you pay a fortune very high dose tablets that are only high quality 100% Hoodia, and even then it's results aren't great. If you buy them on-line you do take the risk of wasting a lot of money before you find a supplier you trust. I've not found one yet.
The standard chemical appetite supp resent is Meridia. You can buy it online for about £50 a month without prescription. You start with 10mg a day, then go up to 15mg if need be. It does work, but for a lot of people (including me) you get immune to it very quickly.
The only appetite suppresent that will kill your appetite and boost your energy level is speed. You can buy various versions on-line, they all start with 'phen' (eg phenerdrine, phentermine). Personally i wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. The risks are far too high.

You should never get them from the Internet. You don't know what you're getting, if they're right for you and you'll be paying A LOT of money over the odds.
Go to your GP and they'll prescribe you some, monitor you and make sure they're working for you and it won't cost much either.

The only really good appetite suppressants are only available by prescription. Check with your doctor and see if they can write for you.
