Is it true? I'm talking about 5am in the morning. Heard that the plants are still giving out carbon dioxide at that time. Please help me because I really don't have time to run other than that but I don't want to harm my body just to keep fit =(

Plants will not affect how good or bad it is to run. Its probably better early as there is less traffic pollution around

The plants give out carbon dioxide when there is no sun. That doesn't mean the atmosphere changes so dramatically between the day and the night, there is an equilibrium and the composition of the atmosphere is pretty much stable, plus the volume of the atmosphere is so big, that the change is minimal. So there is no problem to run at 5am, or in the evning, don't worry. It's not like the atmosphere turns into pure oxygen during the day and into carbon dioxide at night!!

I don't know where you heard that from, but it's completely false. Plants TAKE IN carbon dioxide and expend oxygen constantly. The only problem with an early morning run is the weather factor. Running in conditions that are humid, as morning conditions often are this time of year, will have a negative effect on your respiratory system. I don't know where you live, but take that in to account the next time you go out to run.

It is all myth. Although some of it may be fact. But as long as the sun is riseing it will be fine. And anyway plants breath in Carbon Dioxide and breath out Oxeygn (02)

I go for a jog every moring and ithas done me alot of good.

It would have nothing to do with plants, any difference they could make to CO2 levels would be minimal.

There are better things to do at that time of the morning than stress your muscles whilst they are still cold, and your metabolic rate is low.
