The best way to make a real tasty banana milk shake is to let the sugars of the banana enrichen by letting the banana over ripen .This is how you can tell if the banana is ripe enough .1 A normal ripe banana is white in colour but with a over ripen banana the flesh turns a very light yellow and this is when you blend the banana with normal milk at a rate of 50% milk to 50% over ripen banana .2 presto you have a tasty milk shake with no sugar added?

Hey! This is the basic recipe that i always use. Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a blender, add 2 chopped bananas, add milk so that it covers the ice cream and bananas, then add a few shavings of nutmeg and whizz it all together! yumm! xox

You want some very cheap vanilla ice cream because it always tastes the best, you can use others if you prefer. Chop up two bananas and pour in some milk and put in a few scoops of ice cream. Try it out with different quantitys to get the exact texture you want but they are gorgeous.
