If it is really bad go to the doctors.

Try the following which will help but the effect won't be immediate:

Supplments of Zinc, Vitamin B and Vitamin E
Eat lots of veg and fruit
Drink LOADS of water (costs nothing and REALLY helps)
Keep hair away from face
Change pillow cases every night
Dab on Germolone to the spots, it will help them clear and numbs them if they are sore
Use Anti-Bac wash from Dermologica (www.perfectskindirect.co.uk), it doesn't dry the skin at all. As you are only 15 you might not have the money, but if you do have a spare 10quid give it a go. They can send you free samples too if you fill in the online consulation form. Nothing to lose!
Best of luck.

Go to a doctor. Some diseases can seem as same but in fact they're different. Medication works for other people can not be proper for you. Especially for dermatological problems, the lesions must seen by a doctor, to describe it or showing the photographs of the lesion can not be helpful.
There are a lot of disease possibilities according to your describings. Let a doctor see them, he/she will diagnose it and choose the proper treatment for you.

getting spots is like to do with your diet.. most face washes ect..... can just make it worse because it dries out your skin...
try drinking lots of water and eating healthy food.
also try face masks!
you will see a difference in about 2 or 3 days!

Just wash your face twice a day (no excuses TWICE A DAY) with a deep cleanser like Neutrogenas Deep Clean

go to the doctor and ask for the cream which dries them out. its name begins with a b. its really good but it bleaches fabrics, as it takes a layer of skin off. also, try sudocrem.
