It is a scam.
It has all of the hallmarks of the Nigerian Oil scams. In order to transfer the money, they expect you to pay "administration fees" ranging from several hundred to several thousand dollars. They've made their money, but they won't be sending "yours".

Ignore it and it will go away. (Unlike Reader's Digest Sweepstakes, which will follow you beyond the grave.)

Please be careful. I had a lotto company say that I had won $100,000 they sent me at least 3 emails a day, wanting me to validate my information and assuring them that I was the person that had won. This meant that I had to pay to play and the same thing kept on happening asking for my credit card number. This game I was led to belive was free. Each time I had to give numbers for six different lotto schemes and each time you put in your numbers it asks for a credit card number. I kept getting emails from there credit department and other prize officials to click to claim your prize, but always the same form popped up to validate and give you credit card information... I email them at there support office, I even gave my information on line and the system never took me any closer to any person to give me details on how to collect. I only got a pre written response everytime that you didn't win, or you did not confirm your identity.. These systems are out just to scam your credit card number and your personal information out of you.. beware...
