hav a little coffee in the mornin wen u get t wrk, thn maybe another at noon as a pick me up, also get as much water down you as possible, it will flush toxins out of you and make you feel more alert.
open your window as well, th air will cool you and keep you feeling awake, eat more fruit as a general rule.
also, at night, try having bath/shower about an hr before you want t go t bed, hav warm milky drink, hot choc or horlicks, and do not watch tv in bed, in fact if u hav tv in bedroom, take it out, watchin tv before tryin to sleep awakings a load of parts of your brain tht were just starting to shut off,
try knockin tv off, then hav bath then read in bed, youll sleep well, i promise.

Pop out and buy fruit juice, some deodorant wipes and face wipes.

Drink the juice, use the wipes and stay out of everyone's way until you can go home and sleep.

Pro Plus or strong black coffee!! Go outside for some fresh air perhaps...
