I seem to always disagree with my work colleague,one day we get on fine, the nxt day she is rude and extremely patronising towards me.WHY?? We speak to each 1 day but not another - WHY??
There are other times where we flirt continuously,smiling,stare into each others eyes,emails,body language etc....
Another week (at work drink) she just stared at me, I asked her why and she said "I just want to look at you and your funny".The look was all smiles - like checking me out!!!Then she said Are we "cool?"
Whats her game???What she mean by "we cool?"
p.s. there is trouble with her boyfriend of 2 years, as he don't want to commit....colleagues say we have a love/hate thing bwt us+there's tension bwt us..
Today she was training me and she told me to stop asking question,said she can tell me to shut up-not to be cheeky,that I do her head in!!!There was 1 moment when we just looked into each others eyes and its like we both wanted to kiss!!!

I'd say that yes she does fancy you. She's probably acting a bit odd at times because she has a boyfriend, regardless of the fact that that relationship is in trouble. Perhaps she feels she doesn't want to be disloyal to her boyfriend, but at the same time she really likes you.

Yeh she likes you, but she is having trouble with her relationship, so she is perhaps being mean to you when she is getting on with her bloke and nice when she isn't. Maybe she is using you to make herself feel better. I do think she does really like you, but she is with someone so let her choose what to do with that and then see where you are.

Obviously she does.
But even if you would get involved with a close coworker, getting involved with a close coworker who's in another relationship is very likely a bad idea.

I think she is definitely fond of you, but is taking her time as she already has a boyfriend. In the meanwhile, she is seeking solace and comfort in flirting with you.

be direct and ask her but work romances are very tricky - not reccomended.
